   Process Flow Selection (PFD)

   Select the treatment train and prepare the process flow diagram around the defined feed and output conditions.

   Mass Balance & Hydraulic Profiling

   Develop flow, load and water balances and verify hydraulic requirements across the treatment system.

   Detailed Multidisciplinary Engineering

   Coordinate process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping and civil engineering requirements.

6. 06

   Plant Layout & 3D Modeling

   Plan equipment arrangement, access, maintenance clearances, piping routes and constructability.

7. 07

   Civil Construction & Equipment Erection

   Execute civil works, equipment installation, piping, electrical systems and instrumentation with coordinated site activities.

8. 08

   Pre-Commissioning (Dry & Wet Testing)

   Verify installation integrity, rotation, leak tightness, instrumentation, interlocks and wet-system readiness.

9. 09

   Process Commissioning & PGTR

   Start the process, stabilize operating conditions and conduct performance guarantee testing and reporting where contracted.

10. 10

    O&M Handover & Sludge Management

    Complete operator handover, documentation, maintenance guidance and practical sludge handling and disposal planning.
